Mechanical cleaning method: precise and efficient removal of impurities
Mechanical cleaning is one of our commonly used methods, mainly relying on professional polishing equipment and tools. For impurities such as oxide scale, rust, and welding spatter on the surface of conical steel pipes, we first use a grinding wheel grinder for preliminary treatment. The operator will select appropriate grinding wheels and parameters based on the material and surface condition of the steel pipe, such as controlling the grinding wheel speed at [X] revolutions per minute and maintaining the grinding pressure at [X] newtons, to ensure effective removal of impurities without causing excessive damage to the steel pipe body.
Hand polishing tools play a crucial role in some details and complex shaped areas. For example, using tools such as wire brushes and files, fine cleaning can be carried out on areas where impurities are prone to accumulate, such as weld seams and pipe edges. Through this mechanical cleaning method, the surface of the conical steel pipe can achieve a high degree of smoothness, meeting the requirements for subsequent processing and use. The surface roughness after cleaning can be controlled within [specific roughness value].
Chemical cleaning method: deep cleaning to ensure quality
Chemical cleaning methods are effective in treating stubborn stains and oil stains. We will mix specialized chemical cleaning agents based on the material and stain type of the tapered steel pipe. For example, for steel pipes with a lot of oil stains, alkaline cleaning agents are used, which mainly consist of sodium hydroxide, sodium carbonate, etc. By soaking or spraying, the oil stains undergo saponification reaction in an alkaline environment, thereby detaching from the surface of the steel pipe. The soaking time is generally controlled at [X] minutes, and the temperature is maintained at [X] degrees Celsius to achieve a good cleaning effect.
For steel pipes with surface corrosion, acidic cleaning agents containing corrosion inhibitors are used. This cleaning agent can dissolve rust while forming a protective film on the surface of the steel pipe to prevent excessive corrosion. In the process of chemical cleaning, it is crucial to strictly control the concentration, temperature, and processing time of the cleaning agent. We use an automated control system to monitor and adjust these parameters in real time to ensure the safety and effectiveness of chemical cleaning.
Ultrasonic cleaning method: innovative technology shows advantages
The high-frequency vibration and cavitation effect generated by ultrasound in liquid medium can quickly remove small impurities on the surface of steel pipes. In ultrasonic cleaning equipment, immerse the conical steel pipe in a specialized cleaning solution, turn on the ultrasonic generator, and generate ultrasonic waves with a frequency of around [X] kHz. The powerful vibration waves can penetrate into the fine gaps and holes of the steel pipe, thoroughly removing the dirt attached to it.
This cleaning method not only has high cleanliness, but also causes minimal damage to the steel pipe, especially suitable for high-precision conical steel pipes with strict surface quality requirements.
